The Little Dojo is Now Offering Private Training in Boxing and Kick Boxing

The Little Dojo’s Master Instructor Steve Smith is offering Private Individualized training in Boxing and Kick Boxing.

These 1/2 hour sessions build sound skills, build foundations for solo at home practice or more confidence and skill in group classes.  MMA fighters will get much more success when they learn a solid foundation of skills that will hold up in the ring.  Boxing is also a very good method for self defense.
