Scott Berry will be hosting a Fook Yueng Chuan Seminar in Huston, Texas the first part of February 2010. Â Scott Berry is a long time Martial Artist with a background in Bujinkan Ninjutsu, Ba Gua, Tai Chi and is a Level One Instructor in Fook Yueng Chuan. Â Scott Berry is starting a Fook Yueng Chuan / Basic Combat System Self Defense Program in the Huston area, and will be Hosting the Seminar with Steve Smith as part of the Grand Opening.

The Little Dojo has 4 spots open in the MMA training class. Â In this class you will develop an excellent stand up game from Boxing, Gung Fu, Kick Boxing, and Karate, your submission and counter take down work comes from Chinese Fast Wrestling, and Jujitsu. you will train in a small class directly with Instructor Steve Smith.

The Walla Walla Business Journal just posted some good information on the H1N1 vaccine for the Walla Walla Area.
Living a healthy life style, eating right, vitamins, exercise, plenty of sleep and a plan for reducing stress might help in addition to the vaccine, would be a good idea.  Living healthfully building up ones immunity might be the best line of defense.
The Little Dojo’s Master Instructor Steve Smith is offering Private Individualized training in Boxing and Kick Boxing.
These 1/2 hour sessions build sound skills, build foundations for solo at home practice or more confidence and skill in group classes. Â MMA fighters will get much more success when they learn a solid foundation of skills that will hold up in the ring. Â Boxing is also a very good method for self defense.
